Why Trello makes project management easy
We use Trello to organise and manage projects so our team can easily see what their day, week or month looks like.
As a busy digital branding agency with several different offices project management is an essential part of Sirman Lee’s work. We tried a few tools before Trello. But we’ve found it’s really helped to streamline our projects and makes things easy for us. Here’s why
It aids internal communication and discussions. Helping our design and development teams to collaborate and manage the different stages of each project.
Nothings too complicated. Team members are reminded by simple alerts at key project milestones.
It’s clean and clear with a great user interface and an easy to use drag an drop feature. Always a plus for a digital designer and web builder

How does Trello work?
Boards
Start by creating a board this is your canvas for a project.
Lists
Add lists to your board e.g. To do, in progress, completed.
Cards
Create cards – these are great for breaking down a project into segments.
You can then add checklists to each card to break down the segments even further. You can drag and drop the cards from one list to another or move a card further up or down a list to change the order.

It’s our go to, to do list. Great for brain dumping and working with a clean and clear mind.
It’s free for a small team to use up to 10 boards. And at £10 a month it’s seriously good value if you want unlimited bells and whistles.
We thoroughly recommend Trello.
