Helping your business connect during the challenges of covid

2020 has been a funny old year. We appreciate that’s a bit of understatement and we know it’s been incredibly tough for a lot of people. A fair few of our clients saw the impact straight away.   Especially those working in retail and hospitality.   Others in the public and third sectors needed to communicate information quickly and differently to offer support and advice.

A common question asked by all was how can we adapt and improve our digital offer (website, apps and social media) at a time when trade and conversation is overwhelmingly taking place online rather than in person?  That’s where Sirman and Lee can help

Since March we have been working with new and existing clients to enhance their digital presence.  We are pleased to report many have seen their customer bases grow and have been able to turn the challenges of this year into opportunities.

Here are a couple of examples…

Cobble Lane Cured is an award winning charcuturie supplier.  

With an excellent reputation for quality and taste Cobble Lane Cured supply Michelin Star restaurants, gastropubs, cafes and food festivals. When lock down prevented trade with many of their hospitality clients we looked at how we can build online awareness of their brand with members of the food loving general public.

Our digital solution was to design, develop and build an online shop open to the public as well as trade. We added new functionality and a subscription model that would appeal to every day customers. Supporting this was an overarching e- marketing campaign increasing awareness of the Cobble Lane Cured brand. Our end result significantly increased sales and achieved some nice national headlines naming Cobble Lane Cured as a top festive food supplier.


Nush Foods

A long standing client, Nush create the most amazing dairy and soya free products. They were one of the first companies to use almond milk as a diary substitute.   During the first lock down they received a huge on-line demand for their products. Our digital solution was to respond quickly by building an e-commerce shop to support their current website. This enabled swift purchases, boosted trade and improved the customer experience.

Dockers Spirit Company

A premium product Dockers Spirit Company supply bars and restaurants. Lock down put a stop to their trade. Our recommendation was to implement a social marketing strategy targeting a wider customer base.  We created a promotions led campaign to capture potential customers, stream lining their journey directly onto the Dockers website.

Sidcup Partners

Sidcup Partners support local businesses in their area of Sidcup. We developed their website to provide responsive daily updates and guidance to all members.     Key information was shared by mailshots along with a suite of covid-ready communication assets to support safe trading. Their website has been praised by members as a trusted and empowering information source.
