The brief.
It’s not every day you get to work with one of London’s oldest charities. Providence Row Housing Association (PRHA) has been helping homeless people in East London since 1860. Today it is an award-winning social housing association skilled in providing exceptional service to those who are homeless or in recovery. They came to us for help with a rebrand and new website. Their brief was two-fold. One, to merge several websites creating a new user- friendly site with a variety of functions. Two, to create a new brand identity that reflects the dynamic breadth of work PRHA delivers today.
The solution.
Complete redesign of website with a renewed customer focus
Improved information hierarchy making the website more accessible
Introduction of online services including a new fundraising function
Developed a new brand identity in consultation with staff and residents
Created a friendly and contemporary look and feel reflecting PRHA’s values

The results.
Supported PRHA to be digital ready with an accessible website and relevant new brand identity praised by stakeholders and sector peers
PRHA’s new website receives 7,000 organic visits a month supporting good customer services
